Department Info
You will join the Strategic Realisation Department (SRO) at Terumo Europe, a team that supports the business with portfolio, program and project management across business units, functions and geographies.
SRO acts as a central enabler of complex projects, bringing structure, governance and alignment from the very start. Rather than owning technical content, the team ensures that projects are well-defined, properly planned, and effectively executed, while increasing visibility and decision-making for senior leadership.
You will report to the Strategic Realisation Lead.
Job Summary
As Project Manager, you are responsible for structuring, steering and enabling strategic projects in a complex, international environment.
You will lead projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, clarity in planning, and discipline in execution. Projects are typically cross-functional, IT/implementation-driven and run for ~1 year or longer, often with significant budget and organisational impact.
Your added value lies in your ability to bring structure into ambiguity, facilitate collaboration, and maintain delivery momentum—without being the technical expert.
